Jane and Pacem are two HIV-positive women in Africa. But AIDS has not become a death sentence for them. One day they came across a free treatment center in Malawi and their lives changed. Gone is the despair, as well as that insidious melancholy which goes by the name of 'afropessimism'. Today Jane and Pacem are activists with the DREAM Program, assisting more than 65,000 people with AIDS in Africa. Because while therapy is still too expensive, prevention costs little.
